People also complained about the "No Russian" mission and the fact that, in Modern Warfare 2, Washington DC had become a war zone. Simple fact: No one cares about your opinion because we all know you're just fear mongering and pandering so that more people will pick up your newspaper and make you feel like you're still relevant in the modern world. Next.

I would like to know why this article was posted at all. It was a link to some other news outlet, and the Escapist's take on it was, "This article is not going to have any affect on anything at all." If that is the case, why are you drawing attention to it in the first place?

There's no way you could get a truck alongside an underground train. There's also red bits on the doors. No way realistic. They should do their research better. =p

On topic: The Mail is a heap of rubbish. According to them we should all be dead from cancer by now.

I don't really remember anyone being that harrowed by the 7/7 bombings to be honest. The day after people were back on the tubes and buses as normal, as if nothing at all happened.

The British condition, eh? Disregarding a terrorist attack as 'a negative development'.

The only people that actually read the daily mail as a reliable souce of news are David Cameron and people over the age of 75. Don't get too worried, we've got a pretty large demographic who'll take to the streets if they try anything.

Eh, no surprise, I knew they'd get a stick up their arse about it. The Daily Mail gets a stick up its arse about everything, including Kick Ass.
And I wish I was lying about the Kick Ass thing. [http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/reviews/article-1262948/Kick-Ass-Dont-fooled-hype--This-crime-cinema-twisted-cynical-revels-abuse-childhood.html]

Look.

Guys.

You have Fox News.

We have the Daily Mail.

Can we PLEASE stop paying attention to them? Their raison d'etre is to keep people like my grandmother busy tutting over how The Youth Of Today have gone to shit, so they can't get into any REAL mischief.

There's even a drinking game you can play with it called "outrage". Which is the first seven letters of a word that describes how drunk you'll be after getting halfway through a typical edition. Half the stuff in it is made up. Seriously. Look at some of the health articles and tell me it's not the work of a bored copywriter on a wet tuesday afternoon.

Who gives a crap?

The same way how when we get cut an inch deep into the leg, we describe the pain by going "it stings a bit".

Funnily enough, I can name three occasions when cleanliness took priority over personal injury.

1. I have a huge scar on my leg. When I tore it open that first time, my family brought a towel to stem the bleeding. I rejected it because it was a pretty white one, and I didn't want to get blood on it.

2. I had a major nosebleed. And a new shirt. I began panicking and formulating ways to keep the blood away from my shirt.

3. My girlfriend cut my face because she thought I'd missed a bit while shaving. She starts panicking and yelling at me for getting blood on the sink.

Also, my CAPTCHA is 'Scripture Ionicia'. That sounds like something out of a fantasy novel.

ATTENTION!
I thought it would interest you people to know, i've just seen this advert on the TV and the part with the train in the tunnels wasn't on it. I live in england, which is why this is relevant. This may be because of the 7/7 issue.

So... sorta off topic, but anyone else think the MW3 trailer soundtrack kicks ass?

I'm not fan of any COD games, really, but I gotta say - the 'siren and drums' martial industrial soundtrack for the new trailer brings to mind the same kinda feel as Command and Conquer: Red Alert's "Hell March" in a good way. :)

ok then, if this reminds you of 2005 bombing attacks (which i was in the middle of at the time), then dont play the fucking game, simple.

why do people feel the need to have something changed because of their opinion. fucking ridiculous. i could say the daily mail is in bad taste and petition to have them banned.

FFS, stop running articles from the Daily fucking Mail... They are the equivalent of Fox News over here...
Please, oh please, oh please tell me that Fox News' ill-gotten reputation here in the States is well-acknowledged worldwide.

That would brighten my day, if true.
