I read something about this a while ago, it looks better than I thought it would be. I will have to keep an eye on this one.

Wow, good review. Let's hope it's legitimate, because I've been following this game for a while. It looks good.

Looks cool, but they aren't making a PC version so I've got about as much interest in the game as I do in getting my gnads stabbed with a rusty fork...

I'm happy it got a good review. I've been following this game for a while so it's good to know that it's at least a fun game.

I was cautious about this. On the one hand, I like me some Metroid or Zelda style gameplay, but on the other hand I thought this game looked a bit too angsty and violent, in that weird 90's comics kinda way. This review is a good sign, but I'm gonna wait 'til I see a few more before picking this up.

Hm... so this is Prototype... only with magic and demons for a story (and more bossmonster)?
Exactly, except that it is absolutely nothing like Prototype.

I knew I wanted this game when I found out my favorite artist was working on it. Hell yeah Joe Madureira! Then I found out how the game played and what not and it looked amazingly fun, God of War meets Zelda? Finally a Zelda game I'll want to beat. :p

Well, I'll give it a play and hopefully get a review out early. It looks pretty great but surprisingly, it is another game that managed to escape my radar until days before it came out. Weird how that keeps happening...

I seen some trailers and to be honest I am not really that bothered about it. Now dantes Inferno thats something I am looking forward to.
Even with this?

Ill bet that was an interesting day in the office "dave, I want one of the bosses to have a giant demon cock that hes going to slap the player with"
lol haha yeah, seriously im REALLY pumped about this game AND dante's inferno, they both have the same cool story type that i love. and the divine comedy is one of my favourite reads EVER.

Awesome, I thought this game looked pretty sweet. I was hoping for it to be at least pretty good, but it'll be amazing if this review is accurate. I eagerly await the release of more reviews for confirmation!

Looks like a God of War rip off to me. But we still haven't seen a ton of it, so I'll withhold final judgment until I actually have a demo in my hands.

You might be right... I'll see some more reviews before I buy this game. I mean it looked pretty good, but 10 out of 10 as a first review seems a bit sketchy...

I don't trust anything with a 10/10...

i´ve been following this game for quite a while. i have it since yesterday and played to the first dungeon and i must say it´s really great. the controls are sound, the game world looks really cool, the upgrade system apparently has more depth than that in similar games and it´s just fun. it´s like a best of adventure-game mixtape. everything feels fairly familiar, but darksiders manages to pull it off so well and blends all the elements into one very fine game. i´m really excited to put it back on in a few minutes :D

it has the combat and platforming from god of war, but has an open world to explore that opens up with every new power you get, like zelda. it also has a lot of zelda-style puzzles in the dungeons. and you even get a horse later and you have a kind of fairy that accompanies you in the form of the watcher who lives in your glove and is voiced by mark hamill.

yo, thq, where is my money?! how long do i have to do this in forums?

seriously, i like it a lot.

Are we playing the same game? Maybe I haven't played it long enough yet, but so far it seems to be an on-rails beat-em-up and the Cyber-angels reminded me way too much of Too Human.

I'll give it a go some more after work, but after playing through the first bit of the game and getting my watcher, I turned it off because it didn't hook me at all.

If all this other stuff in the reviews and such actually comes into play in the game, why the hell wasn't it in the first bit of the game? If a book doesn't hook me in the first chapter, I don't keep reading it.
