I'd say it's more degrading to be caught PLAY the game as it's a bit of a stretch to say Dead or Alive as a franchise which can have much influence over the perception of anything, let along 50% of the population of this planet.
And come ON, talking about "degrading to women" is SOOO 1990's, we're beyond that, this is the days of sex and the city. The important thing isn't how much flesh you can see... just that you remember to counter balance that with some penis-envy style man-hate.

I love the fighting games (DOA3 is my favorite of the bunch), and I had a load of fun with the first Volleyball title as well. (Believe it or not, the volleyball was actually pretty good.)
