Glacia had vanished for a while as well. But Executor returned. And Glacia was not far behind him. She formed a new scythe, her previous one having been shattered. "Hello again, Dark One."

Amphitrite nodded.

"I understand. I thank you for accompanying V and I... shall we go?"

The sea was her domain, and she was the most out of her element. She felt no water here except in the air, and even that had only been sufficient to produce a sheet. She could not summon the ocean if she had no presence in it.

The smile on V's widened.

"Alright, let's move quickly and stay close to each other. I don't know how much time we'll have before he reemerges."

Hellspawn! Tempest cried as the being of Death broke through the water not a mile from where he flew. Tailing the dark creature Tempest began growing, and soon was his original massive size. When it landed The Wind God decided there would be no parley, and insread there would only be this creature's fall. Tucking his wings in, his body was now a missile, and at nearly supersonic speeds, the impact would be enough to wound it. Tempest shreiked, and strecthed his talons out, preparing to hit the excecutor in his center of mass, and would quickly peel up and away afterwards.

Legion walked through the streets of the ruined city. The initial shock of the city uncovering and the calls of the trapped metal elementals had worn off. He had wandered through the city for some time looking for the largest concentration of metal elements. Most of the collections he had passed were weak and wouldn't be able to carry out his commands. He eventually found the strongest source of the calls, a massive skyscrapper towering well above him. He rested a hand on the tower. The elementals still felt strong, despite there years of being trapped in the form the humans gave them. He sent a small pulse through the building, freeing the elementals from their bonds. The building started to melt and reshape itself into a figure that resembled Legion, only a fair bit taller.

"We hear you Metal Lord," the figure's voice was whispery and faint, "Speak your command and we shall obey."

Legion reached out a hand and copied some of his power into the newly formed titan of metal, "Your brethren are trapped within the form. You are to free them and add them to yourself."

"We shall obey your commands Metal Lord."

The titan moved over to another building and started to absorb the metal elements within. It would take a while for it to get the hang of its power and until it did, the process for freeing the other metal elements would be slowly. Legion felt a message from some of the trapped elements flow into him. It showed him the location of the ofter colossi. Legion headed over towards them.

V began moving forward as quickly as he could with his present company. He was sure that Dreth wouldn't be able to keep up with his full speed and he wasn't certain that Amphitrite would be as speedy as possible with the limited amounts of water nearby.

His ears perked. Tempest was screeching. He looked around for the colossus of air, but he couldn't immediately see his location. Still, he had the feeling that combat was taking place. The fox's mind processed quickly, trying to decide who the bird was fighting.

Legion maybe? I haven't seen him recently. Would Executor have come back here already? I have a hard time believing that...

He looked back at his traveling mates and spoke softly.

"Do you hear the bird? Does it sound like he's locked in combat to either of you?"

Executor spun around in the air for a second until it regained its balance.

"You dare."

Executor whirled around with its longer tentacles swinging around it. Executor flew towards Tempest, spinning like a deadly top. Executor spun around and around faster and faster, until its longer tentacles made contact with Tempest. Executor grabbed onto Tempest with his medium tentacles while he attempted to steady himself. Executor prepared one of his smallest tentacles as he pulled himself closer to Tempest. The victims inside Executor screamed in agonized delight at the prospect of a being of such power joining them.

This one will be the first.

Glacia moved rapidly, slashing at the titan threatening Tempest, using a contained blizzard to cover her movements slightly. "None of that, now. Leave him alone."

Dude, read the posts you missed before writing a new one, cause I just trigram attacked you.
Uh... Executor doesn't have any shoulders, so unless you edit your post, your attack did nothing, because you were aiming for a part of the body that Executor simply doesn't have.

All right, though me getting your bizarre anatomy wrong is no grounds for ignoring my post.

I wasn't ignoring it. However, there is one issue I would like to point out. You did a little god-modding there. You dictated where your attack would hit. Say something like "I aimed the attack at X part" instead. When I said "Executor grabbed X" I left it vague on how I was doing that to give the other player a chance to react.

Uh... no. You still say "hitting"... you can't just tell me where it lands or if it does. You have to give me a chance to react to it, some kind of escape or dodge. You're god-modding here. Just "aim" at me.

i think it would be easier if you talked in chat... just sayin...

@V "Huh? *listens* Yes... it does sound like-aaaah!"

Before she could finish her sentence, the water colossus was lifted several hundred of feet into the air. The good news? There was an ocean closer than the one the Executor had hid in. The bad news? She was quickly losing to the Executor, whose blows were dangerous since they were hitting her consciousness directly. She had to get to the water. Any water. To her surprise, Glacia came to her aid, slashing the tentacles holding her. She had no choice but to trust the colossus, who might be the only way she would live.

"Glacia! I need a path to the water!"

She could get to the water almost instantaneously with a path of ice, because what was ice but solid water?

Yeah...so I don't really know what's happening at the moment. Prepare for a vain attempt at seeming significant without stepping on toes. :/

Chaos.

Pure and simple chaos. That was what had erupted around V. All of a sudden a burst of motion of motion to the side of him. Screaming. Screeching. Darkness.

IT WAS MADDENING.

This was the closest he had actually been to Executor. Voices spoke within the head of the sleek colossus. Shadows of self doubt. Of rage and angst. Apparitions of lust and ambition were formed in his mind, as clear as a cloudless day.

Executor was a being of evil. V had never been more sure of anything in his life. He had always believed that his siblings were natural parts of the earth around him. Although they had their disagreements and their power struggles, there had always been a sense that is was all just a part of the process. The world would be remade as necessary. As part of the cycle.

Darkness was a part of nature, certainly. The absence of light was as natural and pure as the light itself. The yang to the yin. But this...thing.

This thing was madness incarnate. This beast was a creature of negativity and doubt. There was nothing natural about it.

It was evil.

And you shall not escape this time.

Waging a war against the negativity racing through his mind, the fox closed his eyes and focused the best he could. He called upon his ambition and his pride, perhaps the most negative of his strengths. Although they could crush a being if allowed out of control, V knew that he could use them amongst this beast, enhance them with the creature's maddening psychic song.

He began to paint. A perimeter of fire formed around the battlefield. The fox silently stepped back into it and shifted his position quickly, hiding amongst the burning ring.

He would watch for now. If the dark one tried to run again, a searing wall would make his escape extremely difficult.

Dreth watched as V took of through the city. He was moving at an incredible speed but Dreth's much longer limbs helped him to at least keep up with him somewhat. It was then that he heard the great bird's screech. Looking up, Dreth immediately recognized the huge mass of Executor floating in the air. He then saw as it moved towards another shape barreling towards the dark colossus. Dreth assumed that it was the colossus of air, Tempest. The large bird hit the larger being and pealed off, but it looked like Executor was following close behind, reaching out with it's tentecles. It was then that a third colossus entered the fray, one Dreth did not know. It seemed to be on the side of Tempest, as it was currently attacking Executor.

While the battle unfolded above him, Dreth watched on in interest. As he had told V, he did not currently feel invested in fighting on either side, being content to merely watch. The screeches of Executor were having an odd effect on Dreth though. The being of Decay was usually impartial to who or what felt it's touch. But the strange being of darkness's battle cry was making Dreth want to actively destroy something. He still had no clear enemy though, so it only made the colossus more uneased.

For now I will watch, but I am sure that soon it will not be all I do.

Tempest screeched as the Executor grabbed onto him. The voices of a million victims rang through his mind and his feathers began filling the space around him. He heard the delight of the evil mass and suddenly was filled with an immense rage. This being would not consume him, he would not give him his power. Tempest's rage was enough to drown out the Excecutor, and summing a mighty gale beneath his wings, Tempest shot backward, ripping the tentacles that grabbed him from the being of Death. A sickening rip was heard by the mighty bird's allies, and then a crash as Tempest collided with a building, Collapsing a large section of it.
