Unfortunately, there's always more future. These dames were only delisted. I wonder what happens if someone decides to take the next step and remove them.

It could be awhile before they are removed, you can still download EA's games that were removed from Steam if you bought them before they were delisted and that was over two year ago. Unfortunately for Steam, I rather use Origin for those games for after downloading them I can uninstall Origin and not worry about a DRM system running in the background.

Wait, who actually owns the rights to the games themselves? The stories, the gameplay, and the events? Could Marvel decide to sell them themselves?

I also wonder if this is an intentional cleaning of the house, because all of these games (besides MAYBE Deadpool and Wolverine) really sucks. Could they try to make a higher quality games themselves, maybe more tie ins with the Cinematic universe?

Yeah, but they weren't going to be removed, just delisted. The point being more if someone goes the extra step.

Wrong. Not what I meant at all. Besides, I own BOTH of them and have played them to boredom. Way to be condescending, dude.

Before it was canceled, I was hoping for star wars 1313 to be what I wanted.

Just because it seems like YOU hate mass effect, doesn't mean the rest of us do. Oh, no! I'm not adhering to the gamer societal norm of hating a game that had a craptastic ending! (which I say they fixed with the extended part)

No idea what made you so angry, but don't take it out on a complete stranger. KotOR 1 and 2 were good (1 more so than 2) but what I want isn't that. They are more like Dragon age: Origins that anything else.

I'd actually accuse Marvel/Disney more than anything here. It was only a few weeks ago they pulled Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and related DLC from the online stores as well. I'm figuring Disney wants everything under one house, if not their own.

I thought that was Capcom. Did the order come from upstairs?
(Though I wouldn't be at all surprised if Disney was pushing Capcom around there)

The order came from Capcom (as they made the game), but half the cast is Marvel/Disney. If the other side wants out Capcom has to oblige, as much as a dick move as it is. This is why I'm saying "figure" and not "is," I can't prove it but for Capcom to yank a game away from online stores without warning sounds like a licensing debacle. Now add in that all other Marvel games are disappearing and it's looking more and more like Marvel/Disney is exercising their right.

I'm inclined to agree with that suspicion, because Capcom's decision to pull digital copies baffled me.
Especially in a time when Capcom very badly needs more revenue.

As someone who bought this... "game" I guess in a Steam sale frenzy, the above statement is accurate, in fact good riddance, stay gone.

Yeah most of the games were kind of mediocre or bad, but still they should be available for those that want them...
