Describe your latest Binding of Isaac Abomination

As anyone who plays BoI knows, your character's appearance gets pretty fugly the deeper you descend in your quest to kill Mom. It's like Edmund McMillen read a ton of Nietzsche before designing the game, for "battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster" pretty much sums up this game.

I wanna hear what repulsive creature you turned poor Isaac into over the course of your playthroughs. Possibly even provided pictures for us imagination deficient peasants.

Mine has a jet black emo fringe, to compliment her entire jet black body, horns and a lit fuse gracing her head, her mouth splashed with blood, over which a doctor's mask covers. Orbitting her is a pair of flies and a fully formed Meat Boy. What ties the outfit all together though is the freaking coat hanger thats impaled into her skull.

Well, I bought it today for $1.24, but I haven't beat it yet. It's relatively hard and it doesn't save, but it is relatively intriguing game and what you said was definitely what was going through my head as Isaac changed. I doubt I'll beat it anytime soon because I'm not super good, right now I'm just trying to get the Winter Achievement...
