Put simply, if you was in charge of the Vault experiment from the fallout universe, what/who would you put in there?

Mine would be full of Imnsoniacs and the only drinks avaiable are loaded with caffiene and other such stuff.

(p.s these ideas don't have to make sense, just for poops and chuckles)

Only drinks available are alcoholic. Only food available is pizza. Only music played is 'Never Gonna Give You Up'

Point of vault experiment; fuck knows but it'll be a laugh finding out!

I'm sick of vault-tec and there slow acting social experiment that kill everyone, my vault is going to have everyone walk entry room and then gun them all down. Then I deactivate the guns. The point of the experiment? to allow the hyper-advanced super mutant men of the future to have a place to rid for supplies without any creepy social experiment fallout.

A vault divided into two groups,. One being medical and nursing staff, the other being people with hereditary, chronical diseases. The first group is significantly smaller than the second but the vault is well-stocked with medications and other medical supplies required to treat these chronic illnesses.

The point? To see for how long you can sustain an ill population that won't get better and at where the breaking point is in the number of medical staff versus ill people.

Everyone is naked and attractive and there's suggestive music in the backround. But everytime someone tries to have sex laughing gas is released.

Also they all have their memories wiped.

A well-supplied century vault in which everyone is bisexual and social status and roles are determined by sexual dominance/submission. Just because.

Also, an infinitely self-sustaining vault in which everyone is taught nihilistic philosophy from age 10, and it is believed that there is nothing outside the vault, that the vault is the only place which has ever existed, the only place which will ever exist. To make sure that no-one tries to get out, it is said that the vault door is the gate to Oblivion.

Vault is left "incomplete" - it is able to sustain a stable population, but it still has plenty of materials to expand the interior, plus some hallways that are abruptly cut off by stable but removable earth and stone. Natural caves lie beyond the incomplete portions, having more space than the "unfinished" materials can cover over.

Prostitutes. And the specific purpose for this vault was the learning the Kamasutra in depth.

The vault will be fucking safe and it will actually ensure the survuval of the people inside. So far that seems pretty unique for Fallout. (vaults 101, 13, and 8 aside)

One person, alone in a vault, they would have all the basics they would need, entertainment, food, water, medicine. The study would be to see how long it would take someone to go insane without anyone else around. If the subject goes a specific amount of time without going insane, I start playing sound clips of people talking while they are awake and asleep, and creepy music, you know to force the insanity. Then I would study how an insane man would cope.

EDIT:

Wasn't Vault 101 designed to test how humans would cope with a limited gene pool, because people were not allowed to go outside, or allow people inside? To see if they would inbreed and stuff like that?

Make a actual under ground city, with 5 million people, plenty of room to grow for the next estimated mileniaum along with being self sustaining. Then it not be a expirament. It is infact a sexpirament. HOW MANY WOMAN/MEN CAN 1 person get with!

.No.

There was a Penny Arcade strip a bit like that. Except the guy was left only with food, water ,and a box of puppets.

I'd go similar to this, except I split the vault up and have several people kept isolated, not knowing the others are there. When they've all gone mental, completely open the vault up so that they can interact and see what happens.

No I think it was too see how humans cope with never leaving the vault for their entire lives, it was never, ever supposed to open. Im not sure what 13's experiment was though exactly

Sounds pretty good. I like it more than mine.

Two groups

Group one has twice the population of group two and is tasked with keeping watch over group two who are the "Prisoners", as if it were a prison.
In reality, group two has done nothing wrong.

Except it's different, the inhabitants do not just believe that going outside is dangerous and inhospitable, they have no concept of what "outside the vault" means. Sure, you'd have to edit earth's geography out of everything. And alot of other measures would have to be taken to maintain a self-perpetuating illusion. It is a variation of the vault 101 experiment.
