Get Brutal Nature, Sleepless Night 2: Ladies' Night(mare), IRR - Infinity Random Race and The Black Heart today at www.Desura.com.

Digital game distributor Desura has made a habit of gifting free games as part of its "Freedom Friday" series of promotions, and its got four more to close out 2013. To get them, you'll need to go to the company's website and install the free Desura client, and from there you'll be good to go.

The games are Brutal Nature, described as "a multiplayer survival game where anything can be created or destroyed," the sound novel horror story Sleepless Night 2: Ladies' Night(mare), IRR - Infinity Random Race, which features procedurally generated tracks and transforming vehicles, and The Black Heart, a one-on-one fighting game in the vein of Mortal Kombat or Darkstalkers. All run on Windows, while Sleepless Night 2 is also available for Mac and Linux.

Like many sites, Desura also has a holiday sale currently taking place with many of its indie titles discounted by up to 80 percent. You can view the sale and their whole library <a href=http://www.desura.com/games#sale>here. Desura has promised that the "Freedom Friday" promotions will return in January 2014.

Nice of them, too bad some of the games are crap quality. Granted not looking at it like they're AAA or anything but even Indie games should have some standards... IRR doesn't look to bad though... Sleepless Night 2 is odd, so its not bad, but the other two just feel like a throwback to bad Win95 games.

plus, the first listed game is just an alpha build with a side offer to buy the full game, which means it's a demo, of an incomplete game, that wants feedback

i don't think the racing game is gonna get away with using the word "gundam" for long, either
