Misspelled "shooters" in the title
Good contribution to the conversation.

OT: I agree somewhat but personally believe neither are the "Next big thing". 3D is cool and all but just like Motion controllers it's just another gimmick that might be another thing that will remove more focus from the Gameplay itself.
Actually my contribution made the article not look like it was written by a five year old, that's pretty good
good thing your here to make sure there is no spelling errors on the internet.
It was a giant bolded title statement, that's a lot more important than about 90% of the crap people post here, stop being a dick, what have YOU contributed?
My opinion.
How do you think it looks to someone who comes to the Escapist for the first time and sees a giant news title misspell "shooters".

You think they give a damn about your post trying to start an argument with me? Get off your pedestal
No probably not. They probably don't care how its spelled either. They probably also don't care that you have 4000 posts and are the spelling police. Just because you don't have any creative thoughts and can't contribute without either correcting or judging someone doesn't mean you can't at least try to post something towards the discussion.
Spelling police? Talk about a stick up your ass, I noticed a mistake and mentioned it so it could be fixed, that's how things get fixed, that's helpful, starting a ridiculous argument for no reason like a spoiled child is not, I have never added a person to my ignore list before because I believe everyone should have their say, but I've never seen someone take such offense at something so small and I am sick of wasting my time trying to defend myself for helping the Escapist proofread. This whole situation is absolutely bizarre. I decided to help the Escapist fix an error I notice, you try to start a fight with me like you're some kind of god like authority on what people can say or do, I fell well within the rules, and over my dozens of edits not only have I never gotten even a warning from the mods but I've always seen the article writer fix the mistake and have never gotten any negative feedback for what I do. You're not the authority on what I'm allowed to post.

Get. Over. It. You are starting a fight literally over nothing, and the next step is the ignore list if you want to keep going because I don't have time for this crap.

Big post for someone who doesn't "Have time". I don't care how many things have been proof read or changed because you pointed out a word was spelled wrong. The fact of the matter is you didn't add anything useful to the discussion. All you did was said Shooters is spelled wrong then left. Could you not have said "Shooters is spelled wrong And i believe that...." then given your thoughts on the topic. See i'm not "Taking Offense" because to be taking offense i would "feel, or assume to be, injured or affronted; to become angry or hostile." But i'm not and i don't. Just saying you could have given your 2 cents on the subject rather then just posting to get your post count up.
And I'm just saying I don't need to get an arrogant (and incorrect) lecture from someone who joined the site two months ago for no reason. I've been around here for awhile, I know how things work, and I don't need you picking fights with me like you're some kind of forum police when not only did I not do something wrong, I got a mistake in the article corrected.

So drop it.
