Austin Stokes has cerebral palsy and is paralyzed on one side of his body. His mom, Lori Dees, says an older student called her son an offensive term last week and Austin threw a can of soda at him in return.

I'd have loved for the kid to stand back up and say "if you don't like pepsi, you could have just said so".

Normally when it comes to violence i'm a nay to bothered by it, I used to love a good fight myself, but there are certain lines you just don't cross....

I can't even use my normal "less than serious" tone here, the kid is paralysed down his entire left side .... I don't give a fuck if he threw a hammer, just walk away.
