Ummm...I was a founding member of the only boy's volleyball team in North Carolina.
And we got 2nd place one year at the East Coast Championships.

My only other "achievement" is under my avatar, really...god, I need to get out more.

I had an Unofficial World Record (website based official only at competitions) for the fastest time for solving the Orb-it. It's a twisty puzzle that not a lot of people own, so it was kind of an easy record to get.

Got the back-crawl record for my high school, set it a good 9 years ago too. On a similar note I think I've still got my old Swimming club's Back-crawl 50, 100 and 200m records. I love back-crawl.

Next summer/this Christmas be on the look out for me breaking the longest gaming stint world record.
