This might be a longshot, but I am looking for the title of a tv show (could be wrong and it might be a movie) that I used to watch as a kid. I believe it is from around the 1980's or possibly the early 90's.
I remember it being some kind of animated theme about a family (mom, dad, and two teenagers- son and daughter) im not sure if they were rabbits, weasels or something like that. But they move into their new home.
The neighbour is a mad professor,a badger or something similar and he has a small helper who's some kind of reptile - he calls him master. I remember something about a red rock that sometimes glows really bright in his home and that he tries to get the neighbours to move.
Oh and something about a vegetable garden or flowerbed, that talks and sing and constanly gets run over or smashed in some way.
I dont know which country it was shown,since my parents had it on vhs. Maybe american??
