I prefer this one, myself. I've been following them since they started, I check SMBC daily and I've already gotten one of my friends to subscribe to them.

Merits: Updates weekly, is funny, makes Jesus jokes without being overly offensive.
Flaws: Not enough Zach.

Web series... You can find it on Youtube, or the SMBC website, or on Funny or Die.
They sometimes show videos from funny or die on television, so I suppose some of them might have wound up on TV at one point or another.

Yup, I'm not as eager to see the skits as I am to see the comics, but they're funny enough, especially that one you posted in the OP.
