I absolutely love Root and Nilcypher, simply because until now I've been limited to one crazy ADHD guy among my friends who also like Doctor Who. As for this, we know that the Master will return for the final one because this was confirmed after John Simm was spotted with Catherine Tate and Bernard Cribbins on the set filming the fourth of the specials. So it's definite that the Master will be back. However, I'm more intrigued by the whole ring thing, when The Master died a female hand was shown picking up a ring from his ashes after the Doctor cremated him, so that may hold the key to his return. And the Master has already died and returned before, he died near the end of the original run in an Eighties episode and was mentioned to have been resurrected by the Time Lords just before the end of the last great Time War, but ran from the front lines at the end of the final battle. Hence his survival when the others were all wiped out. So a ressurection is always on the cards, no matter what the situation
