I searched it in the search bar, and nothing like this seemed to come up.

I was going through a thread yesterday about old games which people still loved to play, and someone said Jet Set Radio Future was a classic. "I remember that game!" I thought to myself, it was one of the first xbox games I had ever played.
What did you guys enjoy about Jet Set Radio Future? And what do you think made it a classic game?

For those who can't remember this game, here's a link;

I remember that game, still have it and now want to find it out and play it again.

Does the GT Sega/JSRF disc work on a 360?

Yeah, I played it, never owned it though. Pretty good game, but it needed more songs.

I remember it from of the cell-shaded graphics. And because one of the moves was called "Porn Star."

I played it and beat it fairly recently. That last level is just garbage. It's stupidly unfair and overly punishing if you make the slightest error. But I did beat it, if only to prove the game was incapable of defeating me.

Jazz and Beat are the best characters.

"Like this, Like that" and "Concept of Love" were my favorite songs.

God I loved that game, every second of the 2 hours I managed to play it. Damn rental center, they only had it once T__T. I really wish I could play it again.

I do. It was the first Xbox game I ever played and I loved it. I loved the music, I loved the gameplay, I loved the art style.

And then I lost it :(

I never played it, but I did play the first game, Jet Grind Radio, on the Dreamcast. It was extremely fun, and I wanted to play the sequel, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Yeah it does apparently, Microsoft patched it last year at some point.
Ah, thank you for that good bit of info.
And I see you got your name change.

Only ever played the original on DC, t'was a classic and started a long running graphics and gamestyle trend.

A game that will one-day take it's place in gaming history.

I loved that game, but I hated going up against those Poison Jam fishies in the sewer, and the sewer, it just had horrible music.

Best memory of the game was going up against Extendo-Claw Man from the Raging Rhinos, I managed to get his shiny golden claw to give the dinosaur statue a painful prostate exam.

EDIT: I'm not actually sure they were called the Raging Rhino's, but that's what jumped into the noggin' when I thought of Dr. Extendo-Claw, expert dinosaur protocologist.

It's a fun game, but I'm of the opinion it's a little bit overrated by the fans. It definitely has plenty of problems.

Indeed I did, thankyou for noticing.
I grew tired of my old username, and I thought this one was a bit more fresh.

I've only heard the soundtrack, I'd pick up an original Xbox just to play this though...*sigh* Hideki Naganuma really needs more work, espescially after the lackluster music of Sonic Rush Adventure
