I like it here in Coastal NC because if in the rare event that it does snow, it usually only last a day before it melts. Just enough time to get your fill of snow men and sledding.
I'd buy that :-DRhade said:Personally I find it's the wind I hate more in the winter, or just in general.
I'd very much love to see a God of War style murder-beat-em-up in which you go on a crusade to kill every major deity of wind ever for being so incredibly fucking annoying with their power. You go to walk somewhere and the cold isn't too bad until suddenly, woosh, you've now got a freezing chill in your face with the uncanny ability to redirect itself to usually be blowing right into your face, regardless of your direction of travel.
I live with it like 5-6 months every year, I think it's safe to say I am starting to get tired of it..also snow covered up ice about 4 years ago and I fell and broke my arm...so you won't get any snow love from me.-Orgasmatron- said:Now, I'm not a cynical bastard, but this snow has taken it to far.
Myself, usually I love snow, you get snowmen and snowball fights and no college/school/work, it's all fun and games for a few days. I can't stand it anymore though, not only is it's good cousin ice trying to break my pelvis everytime I walk down the street, it also means there's no football on and my band can't practice, which we need to what with recording and gigs coming up. I'd compromise with the snow, if we could have football but no band practice it'd be all cool, but this snow is relentless, it means buisness.
So, who else has grown tired of walking, and then falling on their ass, in a winter wonderland?
