Does portal 2 for the PS3 have local multiplayer

Yep, local splitscreen for all console versions plus you can play with PC players.

PC players can also access splitscreen through dev console commands.

Yeah, be warned though, you can't play split screen with another pc from the same account. Which means I can't play full screen co-op locally (unless you buy it twice), but it's a minor enough issue.
