Dosbox Problems with Daggerfall: Can't use Cheats...

I just got The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall working on Dosbox only to find out that I have to REALLY get used to the control-scheme. In order to do that, I need to use the invulnerability cheat, Ctrl + F4, so I don't die every ten seconds. (I'm at a point where I am stuck in a room with one hit point left and I can't rest because there is a rat outside.) I looked up the cheat only to find out that I can't use it because Ctrl + F4 is used for a Dosbox command.

I already tried key-mapping the Dosbox controls, but that didn't work out at all. I did what the Dosbox wiki told me to do, but it still didn't work. If anybody has had the same problem and fixed it, or just knows how to fix it, please let me know. I'm dying to get deeper into the game.

Never used Dosbox myself. Maybe the UESP Wiki would shed some light.

Although I doubt the OP still cares if someone stumbles upon this upon looking (the way I did) the way this works is by pressing down F4 first and keeping it held down before pressing and holding CTRL. It should say Cheat mode activated on the top of your screen.
