Dragon Age: Inquisition Installation issue on PS4

A little while ago I decided I was going to sell Dragon Age: Inquisition, so I deleted the game from my PS4. But after thinking about it for a while, I decided it would be best to keep the game. I was already on my third play through and I clocked in over 200 hours. The game has a lot of replayability to me, especially since I have yet to play on Nightmare. I thought the process would be simple, I've done it before with other games. I popped the disc back into the PS4 and re-installed the updates and DLC.

But now, for some unknown reason, the game claims to still be installing and I don't have access to multiplayer or my old saves. It keeps saying The save file can not be loaded, as installation is still in progress. Please wait for the installation to finish, then try again The game isn't actually Installing anymore, I've checked the information and the full size is there. Nothing is installing right now, but the game refuses to work properly. I've been trying to fix it for the past 6 hours and have found no solution after searching on google. Can anyone help me get this game working?

I've run into this problem before (kind of) with Saints Row IV on PS4. I deleted it just to get the full completion on those orb...things. One had disappeared into the ground (after I used telekinesis to blow it up) and I knew it was the missing one, so I deleted the install and reinstalled, just to experience some other weird error.

I finally remembered that the game loads in parts, mostly because the DLC is unlocked contextually via events in the game. Why wouldn't the entire thing just install? Anyway, I suspect that Inquisition might work in a similar manner. Try starting a new game, build a quick character, and play about 30 minutes into it. Then abandon that character and go back to your main hero. I hope that will work. It did for SRIV.

Also, I looked up the SRIV error code and nobody had any solutions. I posted my solution to some website but nobody has responded. There were also no updates on the error, so I have to assume that people just gave up or tried much later and it worked somehow.

Snip
I didn't even get to try this. After deleting and reinstalling everything again for the 5th time it started working properly. All of my saves work and I'm able to access multiplayer. I guess the problem was the disc installation, or something like that. Regardless, the problem somehow fixed itself. Thanks for the help anyway, Frezzato.
