There was a video on Inside Xbox with Randy Pitchford, who said that they worked closely with the ESRB to see how far they could go while still keeping the game M rated. He also mentioned that they received every possible content descriptor that the ESRB has for an M rated game.

Now I have to wonder if they could have gotten "Strong Lyrics" as well, or if that basically gets covered by all the other tags and the ESRB felt that "Strong Lyrics" would have been redundant.
