Isnt that the guy in the beginning who voices Rob in Unforgotten Realms?
That was Hal Halpin of the ECA. We'll be running a full interview with him later on, but I couldn't resist running that clip early.

I'm going to guess no, but if so, then ECA head Hal Halpin sure is a busy and entertaining guy.

About VA's main character, was that a helmet or really poofy hair?
Her hair is flipped out at the ends, so it's pretty poofy.

It's an interesting title. And an interesting premise, as it's based on a real British operative.

The gameplay looks 'meh', but when they talked about showing dead civlians on the streets they caught my attention. But I remain sceptical, in a cool knowing way.

Also, Germans shouldn't be made to speak another language then their own.

Shouldn't it get banned in Australia because real-life drugs give positive effect?

Dark Corners of The Earth is out in Australia isn't it?

The more worrying thing is that I believe the Germans have a law that says that the Nazi's are not allowed to be shown in a positive light, so we might actually have worst stereotypes than if it was made in England.

And the idea of butchered citizens must be making FOX News et. al. drooling to tear it apart.

this games looks like an epic fail, they r going for the assasins creed type gameplay and it sounds good on paper but the gameplay looks less than decent.

Well, call me a content junkie, I'll be playing this just so I can see a German take on World War 2. Sounds like they'll really be presenting a horrors of war game as opposed to glorifying it endlessly.

'Sensitive attitudes'. Yeah, they do. In Germany, you can make a game about porn, in which you're a porn director, part of a porn company, making porn, and get porn achievements, but you can't include any violence or bloodshed. Kudos for the team for going in the opposite direction here, especially with such a small grouping.

I'll be annoyed if this came out in Australia and not Fallout. Not for the gamewise, just because our politics would be so shitted up the wall. Fallout was banned on the premises of having morphine in it.

They've made (and Europe) many movies on the horrors, while Americans seem to make many movies like Saving Private Ryan. Boom Kabang Zork! Apparently it's a very touchy subject over there and for many many years they didn't talk about it like how Australians never talked about the stolen generations for many years.

The game doesn't look like anything big. Just another Assassins Creed maybe, except without all the hype before its release.

Can someone explain why you guys keep filming the empty rooms? Is it like some non-conformist video editor that hates seeing shots of the convention?

That was the convention. Really. It was actually that sparse.

We've shot scenes at the "show floor" where a lot of companies had demo stations set up, and scenes at some of the booths, which were actually small meeting rooms. The "empty rooms" you're talking about are the vast, cavernous spaces you had to cross to go between the show floor and the meeting rooms.

In previous years those spaces had been filled with video screens, big, heavily constructed demo booths and advertisements for upcoming games and a giant list of other entertaining stuff. This year - just empty rooms.

The disappointment you're experiencing watching that footage mirrors our own at having to shoot it. This is why we say E3 was a disappointment. Obviously you agree ;)
