They better not botch it like they did with C&C3. Tiberium Wars was literally the entire UI from BFME2 ripped off and put some different skills here and there. The game just wasn't any fun.

RA1 was awesome. RA2 was awesome as well but I didn't really like the direction they were going with it by the end of the expansions. Lets hope EA doesn't ruin another game.

I thought CnC3 was great. What was it about the game that you didn't like other than the interface?
Well here is my bulletproof arguement: It just didn't feel like Command and Conquer. The units are *too* strong at the end. As the matches progress I felt pigeonholed into using a certain unit. Of course in Tiberian Sun if you're going ground you build titans, but you need to support them with some HMRLS and Wolverines. It felt the entire time like I was playing Red Alert all over again where it was a tank spamfest, but it was stuck in a shell of gimmiky upgrading and slow pacing. Of course, I didn't really get this problem until I started playing online. But, it is merely my opinion, and this game wasn't for me.

Hm, according to the website you have to purchase the expansion for a betakey. I like betatesting alot, but I'm not too fond of open betatests. Cyborg bears, floating islands? I wish they went back to the gritty feeling of dread that RA1 had, not the "it's only a game" storyline from RA2 :(
