Elder scrolls 4 oblivion best mods

So now with another Elder scrolls game coming out ive got an itch to go through another playthrough of Oblivion. This time though, i thought i might add some mods into the mix. I have only really started using mods with Fallout New Vegas, so im pretty much a no0b with them. So if anyone wants to shout out their favorite mod, or a list of favorite mods, that would be great. Im looking mainly for one that improves oblivion's graphics, and ive also heard of a mod that is similar to hardcore mod in FNV, as in you have to sleep, drink, and eat as well.

But probably the ones im most looking for are ones that improve the atmosphere/make the game more immersive. Please note that im looking for mods that are relatively easy to install as well [like a said im a no0b]. Thats for the help!

That "game" / mod is most likely one of the greatest of it's kind. And it's HUGE, compared to the fact that it's Free (as long as you have the original TES 4, that is)

This mod makes 3rd person animations work in 1st person, and adds interaction animations. You can look down and see your body, and when you read a book or get into a bed your character will do the corresponding animation. Be warned though: It can be pretty buggy, and you will need OBSE.

I used "3rd Person" for a while when it first came out several years ago. It was really buggy then. Is it any better now?
