Working my earnestmost magic in 3D Programs and a bit of contemplation reveals that there is no way to practically or impractically hold with one or two hands, a gun with 147 barrels, Ultrajoe. (By this I mean I tried to make a version of your gun in the coolest way possible, and it looked absolutely stupid.) Unless the barrels are BB gun barrels, or 15" howitzers each, and the whole assembly is mounted on one of these:

Regardless of either method, the ammunition to sustain fire for longer than 3 seconds would take up about 600 times the weapon's volume, much moreso the weight.
