What I want to know is: what the hell happened throughout this thread? Some people were using their EVE ships, some seemed to make it up on the spot, and there were a few things (mostly revolving around Ultraknight) that seem to have some sort of back story that I wasn't aware of.

Who was making stuff up? My stuff was from Breakdown.

I admit to making things up. Kind of. I googled most of it first honest.

By "making it up" I was referring to the fact that a lot of people were drawing from random pop-culture sources.

the antimatter dissapated from the explosion... and the Eternal valliance stood, battred, but still alive

Toughie was resting in his chambers, Firing Havoc had an annoing habit of throwing him to death's door

Well we can still salvage the ships core if your interested. I'm sure we could rebuild it.

But my hypercannon. I spent ages designing that...Oh well, it was flawed anyway.

Now am I ever going to get a coffee?
And yes I want that ship rebuilt. This is not over. Not by a long way.

Apparently, Doki slipped away and Me and Eviljoe retreated in the face of all that firepower. He is most royally pissed that i managed to do so much evil in the name of good, he says it's a breach of contract.

Well, SargentToughie seems to have blown Galletea's ship to kingdom come, so I think they're done. Jim Doki left the thread a while back, so I proceeded to explode him and his silly motorcycle-tank. Everyone else is eating ice cream.

So yeah, it seems pretty much over.

Ah, well, I wouldn't say that my stuff is definitely not popular culture, seeing as how as far as I know I'm the only person on this forum that's actually played the game.

The ending? It ended with two magnificent ships attempting to fry each other with cannons roughly the size of northern Vancouver. How is that a bad ending? Explosions are never a bad ending!

It was several minutes of charging before Toughie Shooped da Woop and blew galletea to kingdom come.

These things are references to a lot of similar events that have taken place in the past. The escapist has a long history of Epic battles and Ultrknights blowing lots of shit up. The list of characters was made long ago and i add to it from time to time... it took about 45 minutes the first time i believe, now i just copy-paste it when needed.

Can't forget about the chase between Doki and I. That was the only thing that kept the viewers occupied during the DBZ-esque charging sequence.

Plus, everything needs a good chase scene.
