Who gave it that? The Escapist? If they did I highly disagree with that but I don't think they are locked in some massive conspiracy or anything

Maybe the reviewer liked it. There are people out there who like it more than origins.

IMO based on every review it sounds like a steaming pile to me.

Half the fun is supposed to be figuring out the interface. So its sounds about on par with Excel. And I have seen the graphics on max, and for all everybody keeps drooling over them it looks like crap too.

PC gamers finially got a half decent game out and are trying to rally behind it.

I would suggest you play it for yourself, or read more reviews, because majority of the reviews are positive, roughly 80% or better.

I only mention this because basing your opinion on someone else's with no experience is somewhat presumptuous.

Also like to add that I personally loved the Witcher 2 and I'm not worried about what other people think, but it's getting annoying seeing people whine about how someone else didn't like it. Assuming something is bad before trying it irks me a bit too.

While I didn't think DA2 deserved 5/5 or whatever, it's the reviewer's opinion and to say they are being paid off is just stupid.

Perhaps my wording was harsh. I was upset at OP for assuming the only reason someone could not like the game was being "payed off" when it sounds bad to me. t

All the reviews are good. Expect for they all say there are certain aspects that are difficult and that sounds very bad to me. Im sure COD will get great reviews again but when the reviews say its the same game Im bored of I wont play it.

As for the Witcher. I dont mind difficulty, but I hate arbitrary difficulty. As in, We wont tell you the controls or how you are supposed to play so have fun dying. Thats crap.

Plus its a pc game so I cant "try it out" to form an opinion, I have to use reviews.
