Ever had a videogame character rolemodel?

You know, the people you look up to in life or aspire to be when you grow up. We've all had those or still have. But any videogame character rolemodels?

Now it may sound very silly but I actually found Nico Bellic from GTA 4 to be sort of a rolemodel. His personality and the way he handled himself really resonated with me.
Now ofcourse the situation he was in didn't really speak to me but while playing the game I found myself agreeing with most of the decisions he made and how he reacted to others in the process. To me he was a likeable guy, silly as it sounds.

I always thought that ether Alex Vance was my role model or Anya from Gears of War after seeing her kick ass in the gameplay for 3. Girls can be gears and kick ass too!

Jim Raynor was my childhood hero, I was about 10 when I first played the original StarCraft, and you just didn't get characters as awesome as Jim back in those days.

Anita Barclay in Dragon Valor could possibly be considered one, but it's more a matter of I have the same sort of personality, but ended up there because of unrelated reasons. I don't aspire to be the same, I just am.

Sonic was when I was younger, I suppose Raiden and Tidus have had a rolemodel effect on me too being my two favourite games as a younger male.
