Everyday Shooter Arrives on Steam

The popular arcade-like PlayStation Network title Everyday Shooter is now for sale on the PC via Steam.

The shooter is the one-man effort of Jonathan Mak who put the game together using Visual C++. Sony took notice at the Independence Games Festival and started selling it online in October 2007 in North America, then in Europe four months later.

Mak describes the game as "an album of games exploring the expressive power of abstract shooters. Dissolute sounds of destruction are replaced with guitar riffs harmonizing over an all-guitar soundtrack, while modulating shapes celebrate the flowing beauty of geometry."

The Steam price is $10 but currently at a promotional price of $9.
