This game was made by Devolver Digital. 60 players compete until only one person wins. The game is divided into rounds, each round having randomized challenges. Sometimes if the number of players left are even, the challenge can become a team game. The challenges vary from platforming, survival, memory, and the aforementioned team game.

While I see a lot of posts complaining about this game on Steam, I have personally been having a blast. I seriously never have gotten this much fun out of a multiplayer game since prop hunt on gmod. Up to this point, every multiplayer game genres that I played so far gave me a terrible impression

MOBA games are more toxic than Chernobyl,
Shooter games I suck harder than a vacuum,
MMO games are can get too long and gets more repetitive than the times I failed Calculus classes in college,
Battle Royale games had a worse chance of me winning than my chance of getting a girlfriend.
(Yeah, I'm a fucking loser, lmao)

But this game is just.....fun. Yes, there are frustrating moments, and I've been getting connection issues here and there, but 99% of the time I'm laughing at how silly the game is. Maybe it's because you winning is entirely up to your platforming skills, and not some bullshit gear (I'm looking at you, Fortnite). Granted, some levels are clearly designed for lesser number of players, but I think everyone just headbutting with eachother is fucking hilarious. For a $20 (or free on PlayStation as a PS+ title) I feel this game gives you a lot of entertainment.

Some challenges do repeat, but I believe this was done for quality over quantity; I'd rather have few well-made levels than bunch of shitty ones thrown together. Besides, repeated maps mean practice, which means being better at it the next time. Although I do understand why some players feel there's not enough.

The progression is your standard seasonal rewards and microtransaction that you see on every other Battle Royale games, except these have no gameplay values whatsoever; You level you quick enough to be able to buy cosmetics that you want. Even if you get eliminated in the 3rd round, you still earn enough for a qucik progression.

Overall, I think the game is super fun. but I feel there are things that could make it even better; custom maps and mod support, for example.

10/10, no seriously, I fucking love this game

I'm kinda interested in playing this game, but I also want to play with my friends at the same time. I don't really mind my friends or me dropping out of a match early, but is there a way to queue as a group?

Also the developers are Mediatonic, while Devolver are the publishers.

Yes! You can queue up to 4 players. And if the challenge is a team game, then y'all will be put in the same team

Would love to have an opinion, but the damn game refuses to play despite having a working internet connection and a ps subscriptiony type thing. An offline mode would be nice, as this is precisely what I despise about the constant push towards "live services" where even if you paid for it all, you're not garunteed any access to it, rendering it utterly useless. Although this case may just be the devs underestimating its popularity from what have read online, so am fine cutting them slack here...its just the other less financially restricted offenders am annoyed by.

Oh hang on, it's working now. Ignore everything I just said. Unless it's useful or entertaining or whatever. Officially verified as fun. Handy for the youngsters too. Working that "minions" aesthetic real proper i see.
