Would have been awesome if they brought back K9 from Fallout 2. He could maybe even make occasional comments referring back to when he traveled with The Chosen One. But oh well, Rex it is. It isn't Fallout if you don't have your dog at your side.

Aw...here I was hoping I would get a sneaky robot companion who could sneak up behind enemies and ram his [EXTREMELY CENSORED BY COMMON DECENCY LAWS] until they bled out. It's a shame that the gay robots are only good for one thing.

On the other hand, Mexican gunslingers are cool, and ghouls are cool...so...Raul is Cool given form?

Well, it did say his brain is decaying. If he had those abilities before, he might not have them anymore. Maybe the psychic speech is intact, but would only transmit unintelligible garbles.
