Hi All,

I have being trying to mod Fallout 3. However, it seems I have hit a bit of a snag though, I had to reinstall F3 cause I wanted to use the "Archive Invalidatetion" mod. To use it the game must not be installed into Program File. So I reinstalled into c:\bethesda softworks\fallout3. The thing is no I can not locate the "Fallout.ini." Whe I go to Documents\my games\fallout3 there is only an empty save file. Any ideas where the ini file might be located?

Thanks.

Heya, sorry for the Necro. I'm having the same problem; but I'm on XP (I assume you use Vista), and the program gets mad at me and says "this is NOT the Fallout.ini folder" or something to that extent. Any help with this?

Use the Fallout Mod Manager. [http://timeslip.chorrol.com/fomm.html]

FOMM has an option to disable archive invalidation, and it's an easier place to (de)activate mods.
