I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed it, but Stewie seems to have given up being evil and trying to kill Lois. In the most recent season he hasn't really been trying to murder Lois or take over the world. Now he's just acting homosexual(no really, he has been acting as if he prefers the same sex). What's up with that?

Meh, I rather watch a comical scene with Brian and him instead of another "Stewie Kills Lois" episode.

I think this is more obvious than you think it is.

The creators just found gay Stewie funnier and took him in that direction as the series moved on. I miss evil Stewie sometimes, but hey, he's a funny character either way.

He stopped being evil a very long time ago lol. He was rather boring that way. I think his misadventures with Brian are far more entertaining than his Coyote and Roadrunner style plans to kill Lois. Yes, his evil intentions died with his befriending Brian, and his plans to rule the world were replaced with plans to open an Big and Tall Man's shoppe.

I miss homicidal Stewie. Homosexual Stewie has already been reduced to a cheap laugh in a couple scenes per episode. I don't mind him being gay, but it shouldn't be what makes him funny.

My thoughts exactly. Stewie's voice has even gotten gayer.

Stewie is just being how Brian predicted he would turn out: A pompus little anti-christ who gave up on his plans for world domination. Pretty soon the show will introduce a new character, a rough trick named Jim.

Of course not. If you notice the clips are getting longer and more frequent (and less funny). I noticed the quality to start to drop around the time American Dad came out. Family Guy has been trying way too hard. Kinda sad imo.

I still find it funny. I love the episodes where Brian and Stewie go on some trip.

Family Guy, like South Park, is a victim of it's own success. In trying to push the envelope every episode, it's forgotten to put the damn letter inside it first.

Quagmire's got more personality than Meg, for instance, and a lot of people enjoyed Stewie being evil. The whole "gay" thing, rather than just being gay, is a excuse to make wang jokes.
