Okay, now to pick aprt how many ridiculous notions there are in this post.DaHero said:I'm sorry, but the level of smug idiocy dripping from that statement does nothing but prove the stupidity of the human race as a whole. There is NOTHING dumber than saying homosexuality is the way of the future. It's a one way family built out of anti-evolution more than anything. The Gay/Lesbian agenda has never been promoting homosexual rights, but making anyone that ISN'T homosexual look like hate criminals. The idea of letting people ruin their family tree is fine, but don't ever put those people on a pedestal when they will immediately turn around and call a straight family for being on par with Nazi's. This is NOT evolution, this is depopulation.
Firstly, do you feel that homosexuals get given a pamphlet when they come out? "So you're a homosexual, here are your new political views"? The concept of the Gay/Lesbian 'agenda' beyond the one that we all share, not wanting to be rejected by society, has always sounded as mad as any other conspiracy theory from anyone saying it. I have never felt targeted as a hate criminal by homosexuals or bisexuals or any other group, but maybe that's because I don't run around telling them what they think.
Secondly, do you believe that homosexuals suddenly forget about all the straight people they know and like the moment they come to a conclusion about their sexuality? I think it's fairly safe to assume that their parents are straight, hence their existence. Assuming that these people treated them coming out fairly well, do you really think they'll start taking part in attacking them, "making anyone that ISN'T homosexual look like hate criminals"? And if they weren't treated well when they came out about their sexuality then you can hardly blame them for any resentment they may hold. In fact, the sort of sweeping judgements you're making now will only serve to widen that gap.
Next, (and this is a more minor point) "ruin their family tree"? Really? I'm sorry your 'family dynasty' might be upset, but quite frankly no one gives a damn. And if it's really evolution you're worried about, then it doesn't give a damn either. Your family line is totally unimportant on a genetic level and so is mine. An increased likelihood of a genetic line being ended is not going to bring evolution to a crashing stop, least of all with the modern techniques available to us.
And lastly, you are really worried about depopulation? Between the exponentially growing human population and all the alternate techniques available to provide for unconventional reproduction, is it really so hard to think that a small portion of the population not being able to reproduce through conventional means isn't such a bad thing?
In conclusion, yes it's ridiculous to call homosexuality "the way of the future". But no one was saying that, and the fact that you are ready to jump to argue with a point that isn't there says some rather troubling things about you.
