Hm. Is the crossbow significantly easier to fire than the bow? I think one of the important parts of having such a massive damage and silence advantage of arrows is balancing it with being pretty hard to aim over various distances unless you've practiced. Same question with the alarm disabling. They forced you to get to one of the alarms unseen, which is part of the tactical approach and planning, but other times it's basically impossible to get to the alarm because they set up the design in an actually sensible manner, which forces you to rely on actively influencing distractions.

as far as i know the crossbow is really good at short distances because of the quicker shooting speed but i don't know how they have made it harder too aim at long distances. as of the alarm in far cry 3 you could just snipe it with the bow and arrow, i hope you can do the same in this one

Far Cry 4 promises to deliver the open world first person shooter gameplay you've come to expect from the series in glorious next gen graphics[...]
*Smiles and shakes head*. A pointless promise. I'll believe it after I see it. The villain is interesting so far.

I just hope that picture of the antagonist in this article isn't going to be his main get-up. He looks like a emo punk who has listened to too much linkin park.

the thing about shooting alarms is that if somebody sees it happen, you're gonna alert them anyway, and shooting one alarm doesn't disable the other ones, especially the ones that are a few feet away from a paranoid watchtower

"We've added these eagles, and now, for the first time in a far cry game, you can be attacked from above"

So, you decided that what Far Cry series really needed was cliff racers.
