(Yeah, totally serious here guys, I play these games once in a while, sadly while there are two camps there's no rabid fanboyism a la BF3/COD, that would be hilarious).

What makes a tractor sim any weirder then say...A combat helicopter sim or the old microsoft plane sims?

I saw a kid buy Farming Simulator once. He was probably not much older than 10 years.

And why not? Perhaps his parents don't allow him to play the more violent games, or perhaps he just enjoys them.

I will never play it myself, it's just not my thing. I do like Simcity and Civilization though..
