What were you're favorites? Mine would have to be any of the ones made by Steven Speilberg (Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Tiny Toons, Taz), they were shining examples on how cartoons in general should be done. I also really loved Beetleborgs and Pokemon at the time.

Definitely. For some reason, I think most of the Finnish people, roughly my age, have seen that anime and have some kind of a strong relation to that.

I also loved some of the oldest classic cartoons, where the characters didn't really speak and there was usually classical music in the background.

Pokémon, Tom and Jerry, and Pinky and the Brain were my favourites. Even if I was sometimes irritated by Ash's strategies.

Spongebob, Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack occasionally, all the good ones that were cancelled to make room for the ADHD Hannah Montana crap.

Spongebob Square pants it?s hilarious, I remember a line from the show that gets me every time I hear it.
Mr. Krabs: ?Would I really dig up this grave for money?...Of course I will.?

Also Courage the Cowardly Dog and Escanflowne get honorable mentions as well as Pokemon and Beast Wars. Oh and Dragonball Z my very first anime show.

Anything on Toonami but other than the "Great CN American Anime Boom of the 90's" I liked
Hey Arnold!, Code Name: Kids Next Door and Pokemon (of course).

Edd, Ed, and Eddy when the cartoon was young. God so sad the Paul Boyde was killed. All the good cartoons though are dead like the loony toons and all 1990 shows.

Also the Gundam shows duh! that got me into anime. Dude who doesn't love big fucking robots killin each other!!

Pink Panther was great too, but I remember two cartoons, that weren't really series. More like short movies. An Ugly Duckling and The Nutcracker. I was very young when I used to watch those (and there were others like them), but years after that after watching them once again I noticed that they really were good and delightfully creative and made with such an effort that really can't be seen on modern cartoons.

Hmmm, Code Name: KND was good. When I was really young, I watched almost every kind of Scooby Doo. Oh the repetetiveness. Uhh, Gundam Wing was a big one for me, still love it. Lastly, the early Sonic cartoons. That doesn't include Sonic X but I did watch that one for a while.

I was actually in Hot Topic today and I saw shirts for Rocko's Modern Life, Pokemon, The Angry Beavers, and Doug and I had flashbacks to when I was younger. I miss those shows.

The orignal Star Trek series. Most of the old Hanna Barbera shows. Robot Wars. The end of the runs in the UK of Transformers and Thundercats. Captain Scarlet, Stingray, and so on...

All shall bow down to the randomness of Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

Right now, my favorite is Spongebob, though. It somehow can still make me laugh.
