You sir, are a genius
Well, thank you. Sadly, I would never get that response from my friends. Damn, 15-years olds with no cultural behaviour...

The solo from 'Love in an Elevator' by Aerosmith, and;
The end sections of 'The Was a Time' from the latest Guns N' Roses album.

My ultimate though is the opening bars of 'How Can I tell You' by Cat Stevens (Yusef) Absolutely awesome!

Cant get the 2nd post video to work. Will try later.
I love how Andy Mckee plays, but my favourite of his has to be For My Father. What a beautiful song.

For me, the best guitar piece is the chorus from Searching by Joe Satriani. The whole song's pretty slowly paced, but in the chorus it just comes alive.

Any and all classical pieces put to guitar are my favorites. Here's my #1 at the moment. Toccata and Fugue in D Minor

The actual song starts at 2:48, before that it's him jamming. But do watch that too, he's incredibly skilled.
His pinch harmonics were amazing.

I gotta say this:

this(cover, much lower degree than Metallicas actual version so if you liked this then you shoudl really listen to theirs... mainly the drummers fault, so much worse than Lars):

and finally the one that everyone knows:

People seem to forget how good Metallica are, especially Live... so that is what this is all about.

Also, has no one put Cliffs of Dover yet? :D

A glance at my avatar will tell you that I am a dedicated metalhead to an almost unhealthy degree, but that is not necessarily the case.

RUSH IS THE GREATEST BAND EVER. Canadian progressive rock band with a high-pitched bassist/keyboardist/singer+Horribly underrated lead guitarrist+The idolized god that is the drummer/songwriter Neil Peart= Pwn.
