Griffith from Berserk, its just the way he f***** everyone over to become some god hand. It's also because he reminds me of Taylor Swift.

The Lich King
Arthas or original?
I also have to go with the Lich King, Arthas' version that is. He (Arthas) is probably my favourite character in the Warcraft universe just because of his back story and how he was characterized. I was sad that he had to die though...
I figured, I just wasn't sure if you meant the Lich king before Arthas, the one who left Frostmourne for him to find.

Mentok, The Mind Taker!
Oh wait, he's a judge, not a villain...

Uh... Dr. Doom I guess.

Actually that wasn't me before. I just agreed with the other guy and decided to answer your question at the same time.

gotta say revolver ocelot. metal gear solid 2 was the first metal gear game i played, and ocelot made a big first impression for me. This Russian guy shows up on the scene, shoots all his allies with some fancy gun moves, randomly changes into a British guy for some reason (i don't think that playing the first mgs would've really helped with that one), jumps into a giant killer robot, cuts a hole out of the side of the ship you're in, and then sinks the whole rig with a crap load of C4. this guy's just too awesome to exist.

I'm gonna have to go with The Judge, from Cormac McCarthy's 'Blood Meridian, Or the Evening Redness in the West' for this one. You want disturbing? He IS disturbing.

You forgot one:

OT: ...Um... ya. Mine would be Pennywise the Dancing Clown from IT.
He's lacking a nemesis. What freak of hero shall he lust after?
He doesn't lust after people, but he does kill and eat children.
He is so damn evil, "they float, they float" , book was creepy as hell and the deaths of the random kids are terrible.

Although it was not pennywise, the thought of being a kid and falling into a open water tank at night, with nothing to hold on at the sides is horrible, eventually you would get tired and drown, sad really.

Hrmm toughie well I guess I'll have to go with either Kain from The Legacy of Kain although It could be argued that he's an extreme case of anti hero/villain depending on how you interpret him.

OR

Kuja from Final Fantasy IX
no seriously this guy is a great villain with great motivations and had a lot more to do with the plot the villains of half the other FF games and I love most Final Fantasy's

Either Krew from Jak 2, or Lazarovic from Uncharted 2. God, Naughty Dog makes some good villains.

From movies, I'd have to say Either that general guy from Avatar, or Fat Bastard from Austin Powers.
