Nobody's mentioned Silent Melody yet? Color me surprised.
And c'mon, who doesn't love some Sanctuary -after the battle-? (Also Kingdom Hearts II spoilers.)
Both of these credit/endings are just kind of beautiful too.

Most of my favourites have already been mentioned. Bastion is probably my favourite, I could listen to that song endlessly... which I have. It's just a great piece of music even without the game connection.

So other than that, hmm. Dishonored had a good one:

And the Total War games tend to always have a great one as well.

Gotta love that bombastic tone.

Red Dead Redemption

Portal 1 & 2

Bastion

Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2; MASSIVE SPOILERS

Final Fantasy X

I can't stress just how powerful these are enough.

I'm going to throw a dark horse in here and vote for the Black Mesa credits. Joe Nielsen did a fantastic job, but the credits really have that special touch that makes it feel like half life.

Not a (real) game but Daft Punk's 'Ending Credits' for Tron Legacy is killer.

No mention of FF6s ending and its amazing music? Shame on you all....

That is how you bring closure to your game dammit.

Some great shouts so far, especially Bastion and Mirror's Edge.

Pokemon Black/White had a great one, you'd just foiled Team Plasma and N had realised the error of his ways, bids you farewell then BAM, on it comes.
Black/White were really good games. It's such a shame people dislike them so much simply because they aren't Gen 1 or 2.

Beat me to it. I love the Infamous credits so much.

Hmm. Infamous and Bastion have both been said, so I guess I'd have to say the credits from Infamous 2.

God, the Infamous games are so good. It's almost regrettable that Infamous 2 did such a good job of tying up the story, since it would be brilliant to have a proper sequel. Festival of Blood was great but hardly a sequel, and while I'm aware of the lightning bolt theory concerning the good ending, it would just cheapen the experience if it turned out to be true.
