Favourite ORIGINAL Pokemon?

I recently found my old gameboy with Pokemon Yellow still intact inside of it. I turned it on and by some miracle, the battery still worked. So I've been playing it the last few hours and it made me think how unoriginal Pokemon have become in recent games. My personal favourite would have to be Snorlax. He is big, friendly, completely unreliable in combat and can eat his weight in food. He basically reminds me of me...

I like mew, but I don't like to make legendary pokemons my favourites, so, either Arcanine or Eevee are my favourite pokemon.

Gengar. He's purple and spiky and has red eyes and a cheshire-cat-esque grin. Plus he was the first ghost type, back when ghosts were kind of overpowered.

Jigglypuff. Not because I like Pokemon, but because of the irony this character has built in. A beautiful singing voice, but no one could listen to it without falling asleep. Also, it was the only smash bros character I ever used the limited time I played the first one.
