So who's your favourite super hero? It can be from any comic, graphic novel, movie, you name it!

Mine would be either Deadpool or Judge Dredd.

Deadpool because his fourth wall breaking comments are pretty funny and he's pretty damn badass.

Judge Dredd because of the stench of cheese making it a comedic performance for me.

I'ma list one character, and 2 franchises:

Deadpool: How can you NOT love a wisecracking, 4th wall-breaking, murdering psycho who'll happily kill you for $5, while making you laugh your pants off?!

Super Sentai: When monsters strike, 5 heroes use their devices to transofrm into spandex clad superheroes! When things get too tough, bring out the big gun! Monster grows? Bust out the mecha! Love it all!!!

Kamen Rider: Serving as a sort of darker version of sentai, sans giant robot battles, and with a somewhat mroe coherent and flowing story, I find it hard to like Sentai and NOT like Kamen Rider. Both are really awesome series.

Luke Cage. Always sticks to his principles no matter what the consequences are.
How could I forget about Luke Cage! He's right up there with Dredd and Deadpool. Hard to pick just one though.

I would normally say Wolverine but that's just a given, right? ;)

Well, Batman and Spidey are a given ofcourse.

But the Maxx and the Tick are my favourite obscure super heroes.

It's a toss up between Ironman and Thor. In one hand, we have a genius in a superpower suit that shoots lasers and can fly at mach speed (and is also a lady killer), and in the other we have the Norse god of thunder and badassery. Decisions, decisions........

My favorites are Batman and Iron Man, both because they are just so badass. Hmm, kinda odd that neither of my two favorite superheroes have any superpowers...

Ninja'd by the OP! Yeah, mine would be Deadpool. Since you took it, probably Dr. Mcninja. He's a badass ninja, and he's a doctor!

Batman is just awesome. Because....well, because he's fucking BATMAN. What more reason do you need?

Batman, he is the hero anyone can be with enough dedication. I mean, you have Superman, who is basically a god, from just being under a yellow sun? and then we have Batman, the prime physical condition human beings strive for, a balance of mind and strength. Basically, an ubermensche, and who wouldn't want to be Batman, raise your hand if you do.

Normally I would have to say Batman, but right now, Imma gonna have to say the Flash. He never gets any love, and seriously, he is the best superhero in the JLU. Amazingly underused and underestimated. If he put his mind to it, he would be literally unstoppable.

Spiderman!

[sub]Fuck yeah Spiderman.[/sub]
I use to like Spiderman until I realized the reasons why I loved him no longer existed in the Marvel Universe.
He started out as an extremely dynamic character, going through a lot of large changes in a short span of time. He was also supposed to be a relatable character, showing how he was just a regular guy who had superpowers that caused more problems than they solved in his real life as Peter Parker.

Then over the years he became such a fan favourite that Marvel refuses to take chances with his character. He is one of the most static characters they have, and whenever a change does occur with him they retcon it so it never happened.
Its a shame really. He went from being a relatable regular guy who used his intelligence and heart to solve his problems and defeat his enemies, to being a one liner spewing beat em up character.
If he ever gets back to his roots I may like him again.
But as you so aptly put it "he can shoot webs and climb up walls and shit and he has a nice suit." I guess thats not enough for me if his character is a whiney douche.

As for me, its a toss up:

I love The Immortal Iron Fist, Rorschach, Captain America, The Midnighter, and many others. Tought o narrow it down.

At the moment though I'd have to pick Jamie Maddrox.

That depends... Adam West's, or Christian Bale's?
Generally I'm with you there, but it's hard to decide for one. (though my pc apparently tries to influence me by playing the superman theme from my playlist)
I'm torn between Hal Jordan as Green Lantern since my first comics were GLs and Gotham's dark knight with all his problems and failures.

Batman for the fact that his arch is essentially like that of a Kurosawa film: coming from a tragic background to become an elite fighter with a strict sense of honor.

Or Iron Man for being a complete ass-kicker. Either way.
