It is very similar in premise to I want to be the guy. It is another really hard well hard enough 2d platformer.Madara XIII said:While I don't know what VVVVVV is I can say that "I want to be the guy" Wins hands down and is only for the REAL MEN of GamingGlademaster said:Nah it'll put some hair on their damn chests and drop their voices an octave. I know the new Gaidens and stuff like that aren't as bad but we need a good Battletoad/Ghosts and Goblins/Contra once and awhile. At least we have thigns like I want to be that guy and VVVVVV.Madara XIII said:Hell Yeah, bring back the Ghosts and Goblins and Battletoads.Glademaster said:Ah Megaman 2 is not that bad unless you play it on hard.Madara XIII said:Pfffft dude no offense to you, but if you think that's hard then I suggest you go out and buy the Anniversary Collection and just try and beat Megaman 1 and 2TheKidIsGreen said:A drawing which summarizes my recent experience with Megaman 9. enjoy-
seriously though, the game was sent from hell to torment children and spoil milk early.
No, better yet, beat Airman first while playing Megaman 2
Here's why XD

Personally I wish there were more games like this nowadays. I am fine with the odd easy game but there should be a couple of franchises like Ninja Gaiden and Meat Boy that strive to be hard.
Be sure to get your kids therapy just in case they can't beat the game XD![]()
Justin Tarrant said:... Your kidding right? I loved that game when I was a kid. And I remember on my first playthrough I only died like 3 times. And that was from miss jumping. Bosses were EASY.FirstToStrike said:![]()
THIS GAME WAS AWESOME! But damn, those boss battles......
Well, I was like 5, so maybe that explains a bit.
I remember trying to beat that game when I was like six years old. I beat a level. Just a level.Madara XIII said:A man you say!?!?TheKidIsGreen said:Dude, if it is any harder than that I'm pretty certain I would have a nervous breakdown. Actually Megaman 9 is considerably hard, mainly because it's a ***** to figure out everyones weakness when the bosses are Galaxyman, Jewelman, Tornadoman, Plugman, Cementman and even more confusing ones :/WhiteFangofWar said:As it should be, since 9 was trying hard to emulate 2, the game which got most people into it as well as one of the hardest ones. I preferred 10 myself, but 6 is undoubtedly the easiest one- every robot master is easy even without their weakness because their patterns are so slow and you have sliding and the Mega Buster.
As for the hardest (but still fun) Mega Man of all, well...

Makes 9 look like a walk in the park.

I would've whipped out the shotgun at "I have a solid 1.0 KDR in Halo." 1.0 KDR is not bragging material, especially in a game that is all deathmatch. And if that's what Halo is (not a fan, so I don't know), then it's really not anything to brag about. It just means you got a kill for each time you died. Sure you could do worse, but you could do a lot better too.Madara XIII said:Indeed ya gotta have balls and this is my proof

I bought Megaman Zero 3 around 2005.Onyx Oblivion said:You were expected something else from a Megaman game?
Go play the Megaman Zero Collection on DS.
You get 4 amazingly hard games in one. And better sprite work than Capcom's new retro fetish.
I wasn't implying I didn't like the game, only that it was hard beyond measure for me. Also, I for one think it's a lovely blue suit.Wondermint13 said:Never ever seen the appeal of Megaman games.. So glad you're seeing the light atlast..
No seriously.. why does anyone still respect that franchise?
