Something fun Max did in his stream last week.

This makes me wonder what certain foods are beat'em ups. That is something I will think about. Anybody else have any ideas of gaming genres being the equivalent of foods, meals, or restaurants? Be warned: this topic might make you hungry even if you had your breakfast, brunch lunch, linner, or dinner.

And Max is.... who?
The guy who made the Assist Me videos (fighting game tutorial videos) and is the leader of the YoVideogames Crew. He helped development and directed the commercials on the Killer Instinct reboot. He and his buddy Simmons, are connected and know plenty of people people in the gaming industry. Especially if it involves Capcom. Before all of this, he mostly did COD/MW2 videos before tapping in to the fighting game YouTube market. He's done plenty of videos with the Super Best Friends, and sometimes featured them on his Saturday night Stream on Twitch. Him, his wife Jessica, and his other buddies Steve, Kenny, and Bojack are all cool people.

I find that most fighting games that are worth anything would be something like a day long mole chocolate and chille stew with a billion spices mixed in and stewed for a really long time. Something that you need to put in a lot of work in and know the right combination of esoteric spices for but which is not like any other thing out there.

Some dude who casual fighting game players think is the god of fighting games, good fighting game players make fun of and non-fighting game players think every fighting game player is like.

His dog is cute though.

I've only learned about Max from his Final Fantasy 7 Remake coverage and that's the only thing i'll watch from him. He is almost as crazy for FF7 as I am and I love the reactions. He seems like an entertaining enough streamer though, I'd watch if I cared about fighting games.

Max never claimed to be a God among fighting games. He has humility, made mistakes , and has shown that plenty of times. He knows he is not perfect either. Most people in the fighting game community respect him, unless your name is DSP or Low Tier God, but they don't count. They're considered a joke by the whole community. And not every non-fighting game player thinks the fighting game community is exactly like Max. Max's even spoken out about it in many of his videos and discussions.
