Seriously, why do people buy into what is essentially the same game with new names? Pokemon is like, the same thing over and over again, lunacy. nice to see that they are taking a step into a newish direction, but the very premise of Pokemon could be adapted into something that looks far better than this shit they put up before you, being praised as awesome.

I dunno. Why do you ask the FPS genre that?

Ah but the key difference is in the amazing gameplay possibilities presented by FPS.

Black and White. Are they serious? There are thousands of other colours in the spectrum of light but they chose BLACK AND WHITE. THE TWO OF THE MOST BORING COLOURS (Both of them Right below Gun metal Grey on the international colour interestingness chart).

On another note, I hope there'll be more new new pokemon on this version. A lot of Diamond/Pearl's new pokemon were (pre)evolved versions of existing ones. I was worried that the makers were running out of ideas.

I owned Black version when Gold & Sivler was the new thing. Yeah it was in Japanese, but you don't really need to know anything about the language to play Poke'mon. Incidentally, I also own Green version, the one that goes hand in hand with Red & Blue version, not Leaf Green version.
Still, can't wait for these recreations, all translated, with their unique Poke'mon.
So to recap: Black and White version aren't brand-new titles. I know, or at least hope, I'm not the only one with this knowledge. But still, I want them. The fanatic inside me still wants them, and I'm not the only one with this thinking.

This looks less like an evolution, and much more like a graphical upgrade to a series that gotten Billions for simply remaking the same game with minor editions each game.

Of course this is nintendo, so it seams to be par for the course for them.

Good fomulas that are fun and work don't need to be massively changed, because this may prove to ruin a whole franchise.

Yeah. Sex has been basically the same for the entire span of human life (as it pertains to humans). I don't see anyone getting all whiny over how it needs to be revamped entirely.

Not EVERYTHING needs to change. If people enjoy something and it isn't negatively effecting me, more power to them. There is no other company mimicking pokemon that could be better spending their time elsewhere so I'm not getting uppity about it.

Super Gorgeous but utterly hollow games are probably the target most folks should be uppity about. Or even mega companies buying up better competition so they no longer have to compete with them. Those are two more pressing issues.

I wish I could say I've gotten past Pokemon, I mean 3rd and 4th haven't been good at all, but I mean just look at my sub-name. I'm going to buy every main series Pokemon game from now until they are literally so bad I have a stroke playing it.
