Fine you want me to post sources and other stuff?

Here's his old youtube and rapper name

Based on the evidence so far he seems like a whacked out "Black Israelite" conspiracy theorist who hates white people because e believes himself to be one of the only true Jewish people.

So considering people immediately jumped on Kyle Rittenhouse as a white supremacist I'll just leave you with these bit from his facebook

Him haring white people working the field being whipped by a black guy

A version of what was deemed an anti-semitic meme

Pushing the idea of an eye for an eye

Him posting about praying and the George Floyd memorial

I'm sure people can draw their own conclusion an will get just as mad at me anyway.
*shrug* I guess so. Anyone anti white is part of BLM and Antifa. Right? I mean, I'm a communist because I went in against Trump, so I guess it makes sense.

Because everything violent in this country is linked to us.

"The nature of this offense is shocking," said Court Commissioner Kevin Costello. "The detail I was not expecting here today -- that two detectives, not lay people, detectives -- not only tried to stop this, but rendered an opinion that this was an intentional act. I've not seen anything like this in my very long career."

A criminal complaint says law enforcement attempted to stop Brooks numerous times before he struck multiple parade participants and spectators Sunday evening, Nov. 21. The complaint says a detective working traffic control for the Waukesha Christmas parade near White Rock Avenue and E. Main Street saw the red Ford Escape driving southbound just after 4:30 p.m. as people jumped out of the way.

The detective stepped in front of the vehicle, pounded on the hood and yelled multiple times "stop," but the SUV continued driving, turning westbound on E. Main Street. The detective then went to the driver's side window and pounded on the door, again yelling at the driver, later identified as Brooks, to stop.
The complaint says Brooks drove past the detective and into the parade procession. The detective chased the vehicle as he saw the vehicle begin to drive faster.
Another officer assisting with crowd control in the area of E. Main Street and N. East Avenue saw the SUV around 4:38 p.m. and began attempting to get Brooks' attention. He put his hand up and yelled "stop the vehicle" multiple times. The complaint says the the officer saw Brooks looking straight ahead, directly at him, and it appeared he had "no emotion on his face.

When the vehicle approached the intersection of E. Main Street and NW Barstow Street, prosecutors say Brooks rapidly accelerated, taking an abrupt left turn into the crowd of participants.

At this point, the complaint says officers realized this was an intentional act to strike and hurt as many people as possible. An officer on scene reported the vehicle appeared to be intentionally moving side to side, striking multiple people. One officer continued to chase the vehicle on foot as multiple people reportedly pulled at him, asking for assistance with injured parties. Another officer shot at the suspect vehicle, striking it three times.

Investigators spoke with a witness who indicated that the driver drove in a zig zag motion, as if "trying to avoid vehicles, not people." Another witness told authorities they felt it was a "direct intent to hit as many parade participants."

I suspect the dude was trying to suicide by cop before his upcoming court appearances. You know have all his crimes washed away by a narrative about how he was wronged here. But even that would likely have limits

Oaky I watched part of this trial. Whoa nelly, this man is something else.
He's a "sovereign citizen", and for that check out this video:
But TL/DW its a bullshit pseudo-legal argument by stupid people and scam artists to claim Governments have no jurisdiction over them, they're citizens of Earth. So like you get pulled over in New York? Fuck you, New York is a Jewish cabal of Jews trying to impose their laws, I don't recognize New York.
That kinda' thing.
Also they refuse to say "I understand" because they mean it as "I stand under", which is an admission of submissiveness.

So anyway, the villain of our story is one Darrell Brooks, who refuses to recognize that name and demands a dismissal of all charges because he's not Darrell Brooks. Yes that happened. He's a loony racist anti-semitic who got angry at his ex after beating her for a few months, and drove his car into a parade because he doesn't recognize police authority to hold a parade.

Unsurprisingly he chose to represent himself, and this was an extreme test of patience on the Judge's part. He "objected" to everything, questioned the validity of the court citing "subject matter jurisdiction" which was his way of demanding the courts hold a separate trial to prove Wisconsin has the right to bring charges against him.
He then later on went on to call the state of Wisconsin to the stand, citing his right to face his accusers, and when it was denied he asked for dismissal of all charges.

He also brought on several victims of his attack and other witnesses as part of his defense, trying to trick them into admitting they jumped in front of his car. And he really went after this rando white dude who helped his beaten up ex-girlfriend, who is also black, get to a women's shelter and like really went hard into his personal life, wanting to know what he did with her when and where. Like I got the impression he thinks she was sleeping with this dude and that it would matter, but he was just a rando passerby who intervened.

Over the trial Brooks was escorted out multiple times because he refused to comply with orders or argued to the judge about literally everything he could. Even when the jury reached a verdict, he argued he wasn't satisfied with the jury accounting that this was their actual judgement, because you know, juries don't have power over him.

Oh and he's a registered sex offender on the lam for 10 years after raping and impregnating a 15 year old in Nevada I think it was.
I mean just sociopathic levels of contempt for other people. Isn't sorry in the least for what he did, he's furious people think they have a right to hold him accountable.

Found guilty on all some 76 charges, sentencing is in a few weeks, he claims he'll "appeal" but 99% chance he botches the paperwork and just writes "Do over" on a napkin in crayon or turns in an Uno Reverse Card.

This is a fun breakdown of the wacky stuff he got up to:

I watched it in the later stages and it was a trip. It would have been comical if he wasn't an unrepentant killer. The two highlights in my mind was him building a box fort in court to hide behind and him arguing for jury nullification.

Oh absolutely an unrepentant sociopath. He doesn't even seem to be aware of the people he killed as people. Has all of the gravity of a dude getting in trouble for running over a cat.

I think the SovCit mindset is highly attractive to psychopaths- y'know, accountable to no one, having "grounds" to threaten anyone who tries to stop or punish them, etc.

Also the idea they're the smartest person in the room. No one ever thought to use their 6th amendment right to call Wisconsin, or whatever state, to the stand. Checkmate Constitutional scholars! No states have any power to do anything.
There's some rule or psychological theory of stupid people believing they're really smart, and he's perfect for it. Like him just saying no, he doesn't accept the polling of the jury, therefore their judgement is void.

There was also a form he signed that said he understood something, I think the perils of self representation. But he scratched out the word "understand" before returning it.

Oh yeah that goes back to the "understand=stand under" thing. As a sauvignon citizen, not only do they have a smoky aftertaste, they cannot admit to be under anyone. Being under something admits they have power over you. So to understand you're representing yourself in court, it means you submit yourself to this court as having power over you.

Well it's more than that, he used it as "evidence" later to say the judge wasn't explaining things properly. As in the actual definition of understand.

Thank you for the update. The sociopath can burn in hell right now. I have been beyond sick and tired of these "sovereign citizens". None of you are special, and none of you even know the meaning of the term.

Ah sovereign citizens. What an insufferable bunch 'o kunts. They're cropping up more in countries like New Zealand, Canada and the UK too. Lots of shadenfreudistic videos of them self-owning online for those into that specific type of delicacy.

Can get amusing when they start trying to arrest actual police officers. Not so much with the murdering civilians though.

The Dunning-Kruger effect, a person's self-perceived confidence and obscenely smug understanding of concepts which is ironically betrayed by their actual gross lacking of understanding of said concepts. They're mostly graduates of YouTube University majoring in echo chamber studies. What kills me, as an imperfect human who has a lot to learn and will never profess to being an expert in anything, is how completely assured of themselves such people are to stand in front of millions who agree on a thing, and claim they're all wrong based solely on their own extremely limited understanding. To quote Stephen A. Smith: "the audacity, the temerity, the unmitigated gall!" Fuck free speech; such ideals should be criminal and thusly chargeable offenses.

Yeah, that always seemed strange to me as well. There's a million proverbs about wise people admitting they don't know everything for a reason.
