To be honest: how is this not a reskin of Dynasty Warriors with some extra bullshit about 'better combat feel' tacked on?

Well i didnt see any flamboyantly dressed androgynous bishies cartwheeling about the place amidst a storm of SFX and damage numbers.

If anything it reminds me of that one Lord of the Rings game that is best forgotten about unless you want to slag off EA.

Honestly it made me think of Lord of the Rings Conquest mixed with that Pirates, Vikings and Knights source mod.


I sincerely hope it plays better than LOTR Conquest though...

This is like a cheap collection of several popular titles rolled into a single disaster. Once again Ubisoft is trying to please everyone by making a game with no identity of its own. I don't know what exactly am I even looking at. Is it Skyrim or Dynasty Warrior, or third person Chivalry or even Mount & Blade? It's soulless, whatever it is.

Looks incredibly dull. The utterly pedestrian child of dynasty warriors and chivalry deadliest warrior. What's the bet they will have a dozen other 'factions' locked behind paywalls or a pre-order exclusive to unlock a roman faction or some such nonsense.

Also, WHY do devs still feel the need to do that terrible fake 'banter' crap in their videos? Not once has it ever made anyone laugh, or seemed authentic. I'd have found it far more entertaining watching 2 people actually going at it and genuinely giving each other shit, not this pg-13 'oh I won that fight, hahahaha' 'I'll get you next time hahahaha'
