So if they are using 100%, does that mean if you try to open the dashboard for a second the system will crash? 
But on a serious note, just using the hardware to 100% does not mean anything if the hardware isn't that good to start with... I mean seriously, you can't run COD at 1080p. I don't care what anyone says, there IS a difference between 720p and 1080p and if your system can't run one of the least graphic intensive games out there at 1080p, then there is something wrong. And you can't attribute it to Infinity Ward's laziness as the PS4 version runs fine at 1080p. I can't wrap my head around the idea that Microsoft expects people to pay $100 more for less than the ps4. (We'll, I guess you get to enjoy the mandatory Kinect0.2; $100 well spent... )
