I like how pretty much all of em are set in Japan. Still, I'm excited for them all. As long as they nail the voice acting and everything, this should be a fun ride!
Then show us they less tall and thin Wolverine before his vogueing dance of death burns it's way into my memory.
P.S.
I do not see the words "prototype anywhere in this article [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/93436-First-Look-at-Marvel-Anime]and if it is then it looks like a pretty advance one so the character design probably won't deviate too drastically.
in all seriousness, that sounds pretty freaking sweet! I don't have G4 at the moment but there should all be on DVD at some point after the television releases. Those are good enough for me. Too bad they aren't doing one based off of Deadpool though...
Yeah, I remember the wolverine trailer wasn't really good... mainly because it looked nothing like Wolverine. In fact if the Marvel logo at the beginning wasn't shown most people would've simply assumed it was a new generic action samurai anime... thing.
lol sounds interesting at the least. I reckon Wolverine will have the most potential. Bring on some ultra-violence damnit! Japanese anime can be pretty ultraviolent on it's own, but putting Wolvie into the mix would make even Japan go "Woah, easy there tiger"
Main hope is that Steven Blum reprises his role as Wolverine, since he's got the perfect voice
Eeew, I haven't seen many anime's lately mostly because never ones are half hand drawn and half CGI and it's doesn't balance very well. Just the way Ironman's neck moved when he was slammed down makes me not want to watch any of these.
Anyways, this seems like it could be better then the Mangaverse, at least. I won't really care, as long as Madhouse doesn't give us this again: Do they expect me to take that seriously?
Can't say I like the last minute change from hand drawn to CG they implemented on Iron Man. It just looks slow and awkward compared to the previous trailer.

Okay remember the Ironman trailer where Tony Stark fights an army of black robots and against captain Harlock.
Now look at the trailer there COMPLETELY FUCKING DIFFERENT AINT IT!
So wait until the next wolverine trailer arrives and then piss and moan. They also didn't say the original Ironman was a Prototype but it's clearly not the Ironman from here.
still I'm too busy watching Stan Lee's Heroman
Still Marvel has always hit me as the kind of company who doesn't actually GET what makes Anime popular, considering the entirely american produced Mangaverse looks like this
Don't stop with Laser Claw Wolverine, Evangelion inspired Spiderman or boobyfull captain america Marvel, insult my intelligence and taste further. And I repeat this was a wholely american product, no japanese anywhere. It looks like something someone would make if they vaguely heard of Manga!
oh and by the way Wolverine isn't there, see Wolverine has one metal claw and one LASER claw, why? fucked if I know.
Will they actually be in Japanese? or will they just be western animations produced through japan so they can call them 'anime' and appeal to a different audience?
I'ma say: Anything is better than constant cops and Ninja Warrior... THAT is getting old, also random old movies that nobody likes? Bring back what I use to watch it for, the gaming. Anime being added aint that bad either.
