I rofled very hard when I saw this. But I noticed a couple people saying stuff like "Though I will say fox news is still pretty left wing." This is a ridiculous statement considering that faux news is completely made up of right wing bigit nutjobs. Whenever there's a republican sex scandal they replace the R with a D enough said. I feel that most of you are smart enough to understand this already this is aimed purely at the people who say fox news is a legitemate station.

I saw this segement as it aired and I was looking around confused. I am curious as to where the station got the music from because if it isn't approved by Nintendo there would be some serious copyright issues. Though I doubt Nintendo would pursue them too far, probly just a warning or politely asking that they offer money for use of the song.

And to those saying Fox News is bad...this is LOCAL Fox news, not CABLE Fox news. There is a big difference.

There's not going to be a copyright lawsuit. The tv stations pay a blanket license to ASCAP/BMG for the use of any copyrighted music. They just have to provide a list of what they use and where/when.

They play whole bunch of random songs. It's like they have a sound machine that has millions of songs, tunes, melodies, etc. And they are picked randomly through out the broadcast.

Um... Shepard Smith, Greta Van Susteren, Geraldo Rivera, Chris Wallace, Fox isn't made up of all bigoted nutjobs. Nice job trying to make a sweeping blanket statement on a company you have no personal ties to on your very first post! And, as far as them making mistakes, would you like to go into the laundry list of mistakes that MSNBC or CNN have made over the years? Video editor looks for sound clips, stumbles upon and samples the OoT House theme, doesn't know or care where it's from, doesn't bother to check the filename, slaps it in the video. Simple as that.
