You know, for a site opposed to gaming they sure are quick to give it publicity. Don't they realize it would be more effective not to draw publicity to it?
Hell, our old friend Mr. Thompson is a prime example. I'd have never known about this 'school shooter' mod for Half-life 2 if the Escapist didn't post the article about JT flipping his rocker over it.

It's so tiring how movies and TV can show strippers and prostitutes in all kinds of circumstances, but videogames can not...

I'd be a lot more worried if a Duke Nukem game didn't offend Fox News and objectify women. I mean... that's the whole point of the series, right?
Why does this not surprise me in the slightest? Actually, no, I AM surprised. I'm surprised they took THIS LONG to raise a fuss over it.

Fox News has absolutely no credibility as any sort of news source, given both their large monetary contributions to the Republican Party (Sorry to bring politics into this, I'm just mentioning it in passing) and all their completely wrongheaded ideas about video games. Just ignore it and everything will be fine.
